From the planet's surface, civilians and military alike scramble to evacuate in transport ships to the Orbital Station, but the elite and powerful control most of the airfields and ships capable of making the trek. In desperation, those who are not fortunate to board a transport are forced to remain and hide, or attempt the trek in anything that would fly. But the relief of escape is short lived as T.I.T.A.N.'s attention is turned to the mass exodus of ships and begins firing upon the swarm of vessels littering the sky. Mass panic sets in as the siege continues.
